breakfast has always been enjoyable in this hotel, the staff of the cafe/bar has been very helpful when I requested a space for a meeting in the inside room, and a HDMI cable connecting to the TV on the side with no extra charge. this hotel is of great location yet clean and easy access to either south or north of Zona T. very helpful staff at check-in, Paula among them always welcome me with her warm regards and tending to all my requests. They have a massage service for a resonable charge, and very nice gym on top floor, and outdoor patio to relax and get some fresh air.

Location was very nice, easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Was not a long drive from the airport and it was easy to get an uber to go other places as well.

amazing staff have every solution that we needed, Especially Paola and Miguel, the madam at the cafe who helped us a lot. great breakfast selection, especially for ham, cheese, sandwich, breads and juices house keeping team really did a great job and very attentive to help tiny room in the cafe was great for a small 5 pax business reunion easy access to Zona T and going to Usaquen area walking distance to lots of great restaurants

Location excellent, breakfast very good and complete with many choices in the buffet, staff extremely nice and the rooms big with plenty of space!!

Stuff is very friendly, especially front desk team and at dinning room/restaurant team. Hotel isvery clean, rooms as well as public areas, great location close to restaurants, mall, parque. (2-3 min walk) , very rich breakfast .
